About:Hong Kong Travel

Hi

I will be visiting HK for 3d/2n next month and staying at City Garden Hotel at North point


A) Shall come from/by ferry from Macau ; idea is ( Monday) 1 day tour Lantau island
(Tues) 1 day down town shopping and sight seeing. ( Wed) half day shopping then proceed airport

Pls advice should I get
1)The one-way ticket and the Airport Express Travel Pass HKS220 since I need one way to airport on the last day ( Can I use this card to Disney ?)
or
2) Octopus cards how much should i buy?

B) Is "New World First Ferry " service stop at Central or only TST? As I noted nearest to Hotel is Central MTR.

c) From ferry terminal at TST, what is the nearest MTR?

d) Noted some Hotel have free shuttle bus to airport, from Hotel I am staying is there free shuttle bus to airport? if not how much?what is a best way and cheapest from hotel to International Airport?

e) where can i find good "Stinky tofu" in HK?

First of all, the City Garden Hotel is located in Hong Kong Island, so the cloest terminal should be the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan. At Sheung Wan, you could take the metro's Island Line to Fortress Hill station and then walk to the hotel in 3 minutes.

Therefore, please use the ferry of Turbojet to and from Macau. All of the ferries of this company will alight at Sheung Wan Terminal.

I don't think you have to purchase Octopus Card for your short stay. And the Aiport Pass is limited to designated metro lines. It is easily to purchase tickets on the spot.

There is no free bus from your hotel to the airport. But, you could take bus A11 to Hong Kong Airport directly. The bus fare is HKD40/adult.

I think the Airport Express Day Pass is better for you, since you would only stay in Hong Kong for 3 days, you can take MTR with unlimited times in these 3 days. And you can also add value to the card if you want to take bus. It is an Octopus Card itself.
B: The New World First Ferry only stop at TST, If you want to get to your hotel easier, you can take Turbojet, it would take you to Sheung Wan.
C:
The nearest MTR Station is Tsim Sha Tsui Station where you can take Subway Line Tswen Wan to Admiralty and change to Subway Island Line to North Point, or you can take bus 110 at Austin Road/Canton Road and alight at Tin Chong Street.
D:
there is no free shuttle bus service to your hotel, the service costs HK$150.The cheapest way is to go to New Trend Plaza and take A11 bus, it would cost HK$40 and 90 minutes to the airport.
E:
For good Stinky Tofu, you can go to Temple Street Night Bazzar, there are many food stand there. Mong Kok is also a good choice.
You can take railway to Jordan Station to Temple Street.
