hi, i'm planning to visit taiwan in 2011. could u advise on when is the right time for a visit? we want to travel in a cool weather, and not rainy season. and, during sales period...pls advise. thx!

I think you can visit Taiwan in November. The average high temprature is about 22℃ and the average low temprature is about 18℃. It is cool and has litte rain. Also, the typhoon seldom happens in this month.
