About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Hi, I will be visiting Hong Kong but will coming from Macau
From Macau ferry terminal to TST where will be the nearest Airport Express or designated Mtr Customer Service Centre?
If on line book tourist "Airport Express Travel Pass - 1 Airport Express Ride", where can I pick up the pass?
And at Airport where will be the terminal that I can get the refund of HKF50

The nearest Airport Express Station is Kowloon Station, the nearest MTR station is Tsim Sha Tsui Station. Airport Express Travel Pass-1 is available at both stations. If you book the ticket online, they will pick one station for you to pick your ticket. The terminal is not hard to find in the airport, it is near the station of Airport Express.
