I just want to ask if how can we get a visa notification from ministry of foreign affairs in china? what are the requirements? and who will get that?

Your employer or business partner in China can apply for the visa notification from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in China. If your employer want to hire you, the employer and his company should have the right to hire foreigners, then he can submit the work contract, the certificate to hire foriegners and the work permit for you to the foreign affairs office to apply for visa notification letter.
