About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I am in Vancouver, Canada. My HKSAR passport will be expired next year. I would like to have it renewed. Can I mail my application directly to the China Consulate in Vancouver?

You can't mail your application directly to the China Consulate in Vancouver, there are 2 choices for you,
1. Submit the application to China Consulate in Vancouver in person
2. mail your application directly to the Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR Government.
