if you want your fiance to stay with you as long as you want, you have to make marriage registration with her first, then the marriage license certificated by Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs and China embassy/consulate in Philippines, then your financee and her relatives can apply for a long-term L visa for family visiting. If your marriage lasts for 5 years, and your wife lives for at least 9 months annually, she can apply for permanent residence permit of China.
