The most famous things in Suzhou should be these various kinds of classic gardens. Highly recommend you to visit one or more. Last time, I went to the Humble Administrator's Garden which is the largest one. So charming and satisfying.

I think you could spend on in visiting two gardens, the Guanqian Street and walk around the ancient city.
On the second day, you could take a bus from Suzhou to a nearby water town, such as Zhouzhuang.
If time is emple, you could visit the tiger hill on the third day.
