Which month is the best for visiting and not too crowded?
Is Set-Oct this year is good?

and how many days we should spend in Jiuzhaiguo?

This is a busy season for Jiuzhaigou, especially do not get there in the first ten days of October. If you do not go to Huanglong, two days (one night stay) is enought to see JIuzhaigou.
