About:Marriage Registration in China

My wife is naturalise uk citzen from china, iam British I have a dual nationality. I have a uk passport, HK ID card and China ID card (for travelling to china without visa)
and we have 5 year old daughter.
We were both married in China.
Where can I get divorce in the UK or do i have to go back to China

Mr.WAIKAY888, as I know, if you and your wife want to make divorce in China, you two can go to the local marriage registration office to apply for divorce, if you can't come to China, your wife can filed for divorce at the local People's Court.
