About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Hi Mr Johnnash, thanks for your reply.
I just called Nanjing PSB office 84420005 and was told that the calculation of days is based on : starting from the following day of arrival. Appreciate your advice if my trip exceeds the 15 days maximum requirement. I took the 0115 24 July flight arrival Beijing 24 July 2010 0635hrs. I intend to leave on 9 August 0010 flight for singapore. Should be checking in on 8 August at about 2300hours. Pls advice. I was informed that this does not exceed 15 days. Appreciate your advice. Thanks.

Ms.Mei, it exceeds 15 days, the stay duration is counted from the date of entry to the date of departure, your stay duration is counted from 24 July to 8 August, it is 16 days in total. It's true that 9 August is not counted because you check in on 8 August at 23:00.
