About:Taiwan Weather

Hello, I will be going on a 8 days tours to Taiwan on 12th to 19th December 2010. May i know the following:-

1) how is the climate during that time? Is it very cold?
2) what type of clothes shall i wear?
3) are all the night markets open during that time and are there any sales?
4) any festival during tha time?

1.The average high temprature is 17℃ and the average low temprature is 13℃ in Becember. It is cool but not cold.
2. A sweater and a jacket are all the preparation required for December in Taiwan.
3. Most of them are still open during that time.
4. There is no festival during that time.
