My sister and I are planning to visit Taipei this December 2010 and we are hoping that we can wear our winter clothes on that month? will that be possible?

The average High temprature is about 18℃ and the average low temprature is about 11℃ in December. A sweater and a jacket are all the preparation required for a winter in Taiwan. So I do not think it  possible to wear winter clothes.
