to whom it may concern, i have a very unique situation that i desperatly need help with. i have spent much time in china over the years but in 2006 i found myself in trouble in china. i got into a fight outside a beijing nightclub and was sent to beijing detention centre for 30days. once the 30 days was up and let go, the police held my passport for another 4months. after the 4months i was told that i had to leave the coiuntry and that i would see a ban of 2 years for entering china. i have tried many times to get some info from the chinese conulate but they do not give any information on when, if ever, i am allowed to re-enter china. i have tried applying for visa multiple times but they wont even accept my form. who can i contact to gain some sort of closure on this situation as i would love to be able to travel back to china as soon as possible. thank u so much for your time and i hope u may the answers i am looking for.
