Hi! My itinerary is Harbin Jingpo Lake Mt. Changbai Tianchi Jilin Changchun Shenyang this coming mid-August. Is this a good time to visit? How will the weather and temperature be? Does it warrant for any thick clothing just in case the climate decides to do a somersault? Or it won't happen at all? Thanks!
