About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

I am a Canadian and Singapore PR, I was told I need to go back to Canada to apply visa for application of foreign expert work visa in China. Can I make the application at China Embassy in Singapore instead of Canada

Yes, Mr.Jerry, you can apply for a Z visa from CVASC, which is on behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore.
