About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Good day!
I would like to ask you about the visa to Hong Kong. I am an exchange student here in Tokyo (student's visa valid till 2011) and would like to go to Hong Kong with my friends for 2 weeks. I have an Ukrainian passport and want to receive one year visa. Is that possible? If yes, which documents do I need?
Thank you very much for your time!

Best wishes, Alena

It is very difficult to get a one year visa for Hong Kong.
the requirements for Hong Kong visa application:
1. Application for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong
2. The applicant's recent photograph (affixed on page 1 of the application form)
3. Photocopy of the applicant's travel document containing personal particulars, date of issue, date of expiry and/or details of any re-entry visa held (if applicable)
4. Photocopy of proof of the applicant's financial standing, e.g. bank statements, savings accounts passbooks, tax receipts, etc. and proof of employment (if any), e.g. company leave letter, salary slips, etc.
5.Photocopy of proof of transportation arrangement, e.g. flight itinerary.
6. Photocopy of proof of the proposed leisure visit to Hong Kong, e.g. receipt of joining a package tour to Hong Kong, itinerary, etc.
