About:Passport

I came back to China after securing a Z visa in my country. Before I applied for the Z visa, I renewed my passport first. When I came back to China my Waiban noticed the change in my passport number. He is now worried that this might cause a problem in securing my residence permit and my foreign expert certificate because the passport number used in my Working permit was my old one. Will this really be a problem? I need your advice.

Don't worry too much, it is not a problem, but take your old passport with you, it will be helpful.
