About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Hi Mr Johnnash, further to my earlier enquiries, pls advise if we can apply in Hangzhou or Nanjing? Pls furnish the address and how to go about, if possible. We will be staying in Nanjing or Hangzhou for only 1 or 2 days. Will the approval be immediate? Thanks.
