About:Shopping in Dongguan
I have been told that Humen's women summer clothing clearance sales are Mid=Sept to Oct.
Is this right? If not, then when is the best time? (I would like to get women summer clothing that is of at least medium to higher quality. Not rejects.)
How about Guangzhou Women Clothing markets too?
