Would like to know if its available train transportation (even no directly) from Sanya to Guilin, how long does it take and where can I find train schedule info.

From Sanya to Guilin, no direct trains are operating. You can transfer at Suixi, Maomimg or Guangzhou. You can check the train schedule respectively on the website. Transferring at Suixi totally costs around 16 hrs on train.
