Yes, it is open on Sunday. The open hours are not clear.It is about 4km from Kunming train station to Shangyi market and the taxi fare is within CNY10.There is luggage storage at train station. The fee is depent on the weight or amount of your luggages.You can buy ticket on Sunday.You can call the train station to result the open time. Tele:0871-3162321 It is 1.5 yuan. I think Nongfushanquan is better.The tape water is generally safe at Lijiang.
