Good day. I have a Z visa here in Chengdu for having my own foreign-owned company but recently my husband got a job offer and has his own Z visa now. We found it hard to be working at the same time. After the transfer of my business to a friend, is it still possible to apply dependent visa under my husband not on same date he got his? Do I need to go out of China first before the conversion from Z to dependent (I don't know what type)? Our children are under my visa as dependents. Thanks for your help.
