Hello, the weather is hard to forecast. Sometimes typhoon would come but sometimes not. But please take it easy, typhoon would not affect the weather for more than 3 days. I think it won't affect much to your visit. If possible, you can stay in one of the local hostels to be closer to the local life. You can also go to Jin Long Lu snack street, it is the best snack street in Haikou. Have a nice trip!
