besides kunming world horticulture expo, what other place in kunming that has lots of flowers to see in november? I have half day (1pm - 9pm) in kunming on 7/11/10.

We are not keen to visit temples....but we love beautiful scenary!!

We are not sure to visit shilin or not tho we know it is recommended. Its just that
from pictures seen, its mostly rocks and we are not so keen on rocks!!!

We are spending 6 days in Lijiang in Nov. We planning to visit Jade Dragon Mountain and Impression Lijiang - l day trip.

What other places we should not miss in Lijiang???

We have thought of Shangri-la but from photos, don't have any flowers and was told its very cold so we thought of cancelling visit to Shangri-la.
