From Beijing to Lhasa, the cost for one upper soft berth is about CNY1216, while around CNY1262 for lower soft sleeper. And it is said that the website doesn’t provide booking service for the train tickets to Lhasa. Maybe you can contact some other agencies to buy the tickets in advance.
