Hi, I am going to be living in Chengdu for a year starting on the 1st of september, I am beginning to think about what clothing I will need to bring with me. Will it get really cold?  Any advice on what I should bring with me baring in mind the length of my stay.Thank you

It would not be too hot in Chengdu, for September, short sleeves and long sleeves, at most a thin coat would be enough, for clothes in other seasons, the lowest temperature would not below 0 in Chengdu, down coat with a sweater is fine. Other clothes you can buy them in Chengdu, it won't be hard for you to find them by the way, Chun Xi Lu is a good place.
