I'm going to Tianjin tomorrow and I plan to use my visa electron debit card (it has a PLUS　logo)to withdraw my money at Bank of China.But the problem is I had forgot my debit card PIN number which makes me cannot withdraw at ATM, I cannot get a new debit card because it takes 6 working days.So my question is can I withdraw at Bank of China by just showing my real debit card and all the ID, address proof including passport?Thanks a Million !!
