These flooding area is not the very famous touristy region of Sichuan, so hasn't influence tourism very much. However, these main regions such as Chengdu, Mt. Emei and Jiuzhaigou will have shower in the coming days. It is ok to visit around Chengdu, but the coach and flight to Jiuzhaigou will be influenced by the bad weather. You'd better pay attention to the weather forecast everyday.

Most regions of Yunnan do have rainfall until to the end of this month. There is spit in Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, but shower in south area.
