You should ask your business partner or other contact person in China to apply for the official invitation letter for you from the China business council.
However, as I know, for China business visa application, the below 2 documents are required, the official invitation letter from China business council is not required.
1. A No-objection letter from the applicant's company;
2. An invitation from CHINA with a copy of the inviter's license.
