About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

Hi, I'm an irish citizen traveling asia, I am currently in Vietnam and wish to travel to China for a day? Do I need a visa and where do I get it?

yes, you need a visa, you can get the China visa from China Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh because it accepts China visa application from tourists in Vietnam, the China embassy in Hanoi only accepts foreigners who work in Vietnam.
