About:Shaolin Temple

Hello, I am traveling to Dengfeng to learn Kungfu for a year, does anyone know the name of the school attached to the Temple and how much it costs per month?

just a quick comment.
just like to say that i think that the price for training for year inc accommodation and meals is very cheap or at the most reasonable.
I think 30,000 rmb converts to approx 2,820.
Which for a years food, lodging and expert tuition in Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu is really cheap, especially when considering that in the UK or US you would pay $10-$20 per lesson in other martial arts.
Add this up for a years course without lodging and food and you'll come to quiet a hefty sum.
So, 2,800 cheap!
(I mean, the UK could afford to send all the UK unemployed and people signed off with anxiety and stress to train and they would return reformed and refreshed).

There are many Kong Fu School in Dengfeng, but the real and only one attached to Shaolin Temple is the Shaolin Kung Fu Training Center located near Shaoilin Temple in the Song Mountain. You can call them at 0371-61206200 for more info. The cost is 2000-3000RMB per month, 6000-8000RMB for three months, including meals and place to stay. This is the short term training. For foreign students, they charge nearly 30000RMB per year. Not cheap!
