You can go to the civil administration office of the local government. and prepare following documents:
1. One Authentication Application Form, completed and signed by the yourself.

2. Photocopy of your passport.
3. You need a single/non-marital status certificate, which is certified by Chinese embassy or consulate.(The original and photocopy )
