Dear Sir/Madam: I am a Canadian Citizen. On my return flight to Canada in October 2010, I will be transiting in Beijing for about 8 hours. Can you please confirm that I do not require a visa. I will be holding a valid Canadian Passport and confirmed air ticket. Thank you.

Mrs.Pat Chen, you do not need a visa if you stay in a transit city for less than 24 hours without leaving the airport.
