About:Chinese Embasy in Jamaica

Ni Hao,
My husband his going to work in China. He has a contract and everything but needs to et a medical check (entry-exit) ..Where can he do that in Jamaica ? do we need a form ?? Which doctor or clinic is authorized ?

Mr.josee, you'd better contact the China embassy in Jamaica to get the list of hospitals accredited by the embassy, as for the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner, you can download it from the internet.
