My family and I wish to travel to Beijing for 6 nights in August. Currently residing in Chiba, we have re- entry visas for Japan. I was wondering if we are able to visit the Embassy in Tokyo to submit our visas? How are you able to pay for them? And are they able to send them back to our address in Chiba? Could you also please tell me if you need to make an appointment to go in as well?
