Yes, it is a good time to go Harbin. It is warm here and you can escape from the hot weather.
You can go to see the Harbin Polarland, Ice Lantern Garden Party, Siberian Tiger Park, St. Sophia Church, Temple of Bliss and Yabuli International Ski Resort.
