Can anyone open a China Union Bank account and is it the same as UnionPay?

How can I find out where CUB's branches located in China?

You mean City Union Bank of India? It only have branches in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Take your passport and you can open an annount in the banks in China. China Union Bank?! It is not the major banks in China, I fact, I do not know this bank.
