Never mind, I contacted two travel agencies in Seoul & they both told me the same thing: as a Canadian with only 3 months remaining on my ARC, I can't get a travel Visa for China. What a disappointment.

Mr.Glaude, please apply for a China tourist visa through the travel agencies designated by China Consulate in Busan, which can get a China visa for you even though your ARC has only 3 months remaining validity.
