About:China Embassy in Thailand

I forgot to mention that i am GReek my passport is Greek and the purpose that i m going in chengdy is to meet a friend and holidays. around 10 days. urgent reply needed to book my flights. thank you

You can apply an Tourist(L) visa to China. if you are in hurry, the rush service is available at Chinese Embassy in Thailand. But please note to get all the requirements ready:
1. The original passport with a validity more than six months and enough blank visa pages;
2. One copy of completed visa application form with one of the applicant's recent colorful front pictures of upper body (30mm X 40mm).
3. If necessary, application for travel visa needs the certification of the applicant's identity, round-trip (vehicle, ship) ticket or travel check or bank saving statement.

Mrs LAssie are u sure that i can apply for a tourist visa in china?? at the chengdu airport for example? in this case i dont have to worry then

Where are yuou now? I think, you need to apply for a visa before your departure to China. Mrs.Lassie had already said if you are in Thailand now, you can apply there, and the rush service for visa application is available.
