About:Baggage Allowance for International Flights

I am flying to Beijing next week. Can I carry cooked food, and spices in my checked baggage.Are there any restrictions in carrying food items on flights to China from US. Thanks.

Yes, you can. But no liquor. You may need to declare it while checking out at the airport.
