Hi am tariq from pakistan one of my friend belongsto china Shanghai and she wants to meet at i want to go single at China tell me what is should do

You need a tourism (L visa)to China since she is not your relative, so you need to first contact a qualified travel agency of China, the tourist agency may arrange a visa notice form and a group-visa for you.
