I plan to go Taipei for my wedding photo shooting end of March 2011.1) Is the weather suitable for photo shooting ? 2) Is the scenery nice? Are there flowers for photo taking?3) How is the weather? What's the average temperature?4) What is the suitable clothing to wear? Thanks!

It would be cold sometimes, temperature would be under 20 centigrade, I think you'd better bring you some long sleeves and a jacket to present the wind. In March, there are cherry blossoms in A Li Mountain. I think it is a good place to make your photo shooting.
