About:Hangzhou Transportation

I will be arriving in hangzhou on 21 July and plan to take the airport shuttle bus to hangzhou railway train station to catch the bullet train to shanghai. I booked an apartment in zhongshan park in shanghai. Can you please tell me which stop should I buy my train ticket? Shanghai Railway station or Shanghai South Railway station?

You'd better buy you train ticket for Shanghai South Railway Station.

The Shanghai Railway Station is located about 7km away from the hotel, while the south railway station is about 10km. No matter which one you will arrive, you could get to Zhongshan Park by metro easily. My suggestion is that you should purchase the train ticket in terms of your arrival time in Hangzhou. On the other hand, there are more bullet trains departing to Shanghai South Railway Station. You'd better search out the train schedule in advance.

Ps: at the Hangzhou South Railway Station, which is much closer to Hangzhou Airport, there are also many trains departing to Shanghai.
