How to reach at Ma On Shan sport center? What is the convenience transport to go there & how long the journey?

Where do you start? Anyway, the most convenient way is to take tha subway Ma On Shan Line to Ma On Shan Station, so you'd better get to Ma On Shan MTR line first.

You can take the free airport Express shuttle bus and alight at Hung Hom Station. Then take the East Rail Line and get off at Tai Wai. Transfer Ma On Shan Line and you will get there.
