Question

My wife and I are going to Hainan 21-28July2010.   Please advise are there any typhoons forecast for this period ?  Normally how much advance alert notice is given when a typhoon is forecast ? 12 hours ? 1 day ? 2 days ?  We will be joining a 5d4n tour of Haikou Boao Xingloong Sanya 21-25July, followed by 3 nights stay at Haikou 25-28July and fly back on 28July by Jetstar flight.  Please advise precautions to take. it do not matter ,when you come here,the typhoons had passed.it is coming this evening and leave away next day morning. and next two days just be rainny.it is ok. have a good time there. i am there too.
