About:Badaling Great Wall

I am going to visit beijing in july 25 - Aug 5. I would like to know how is the climate that time. Also want to know about the smart travel cards which we can use extensively in subway and buses. Can i buy a card at the airport? Please comment

It is rather hot in July ang August.
You can buy the transportation card at the airport.

Dear Mr. Ramesan,

We just got back on the 17th. It is very very hot but you'll be okay if you carry around a lot of water. Humidity was about 80%. I started out w/1 froz. bottle of water per person per day and one cold. Places like Forbidden City and Summer Palace have venders that sell frozen bottled water. You can bargain. Prices from 2-3 yuan per bottle.
