I will be going Taiwan in November with my young kids. Is it very cold for young kids (6)? Need to bring thick jacket? How often will it be raining? Need to bring umbrella?

Novenber is the best time to visit Taiwan. It is not cold. A jacket is Ok and some T-shirts.

It does not rain often but you'd better take an umbrella.
