good day sir,  i come to china with a 90 days visa, and recently just got approved of another 90 days, 1 entry visa extension, valid until October5, 2010. I plan to go back to Philippines after 2 weeks for 10 days, then come back to China.  Do i need to apply for a new visa? or the visa extension can be used as my entry visa? am not so familiar about it..... thank you very much.....

If your visa, together with the extended one, both are single-entry visa, once you leave the country, you need to apply a new one when enter China again.
