About:China Embassy in Thailand

I am thai and I live in china for 3 years. I dont work and live with my husband (usa). I will go back to bangkok for apply chinese visa for 1 year. Can I? Thanks

yes, you can apply for China 1 year multiple-entry L visa because your husband work in China, the marriage license is very helpful for your application.

In addition, please get the copy of your husband's passport, the residence visa. it is not easy for USA citizen to get a China visa in Thailand if he doesn't have the Thai residence permit or visa valid for at least 6 months.
