About:Guangzhou Bus and Metro

I will travel by ferry from the Sky Pier at Hong Kong International Airport to Dongguang Humen on Sunday 5th September (10:30). Please advise if there is a bus from Humen Ferry Terminal direct to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and how long the bus takes.

There is no bus directly to Baiyun airport from Humen. You can take bus to Gongguan Waiting Terminal and transfer the airport bus 8A to Baiyun airport.
